Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
Is
a private company in the business of buying & selling tickets for
popular events. We are not affiliated with any box office or ticketing
service including:
Nor
are we affiliated with any other ticket-selling corporation, venue or
promoter. Our
price is directly affected by the price that we must pay to obtain
premium tickets for our valued clients.

Tickets
If
any event is cancelled, we will gladly issue a full house credit toward
your next purchase, or refund the face value of the tickets. Shipping
and handling charges are always non-refundable.
If an event is postponed then your tickets will be valid on the
rescheduled date. New tickets will not be issued. Since each ticket is a
one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges,
or cancellations once an order has been placed. Since tickets are
tangible and priced based on availability prices are subject to change
at any time prior to your order being confirmed. All prices are guaranteed
at the time the order is confirmed by Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
We reserve the right to *substitute
a ticket of equal or greater value when necessary to fill your order.
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets should
be treated like CA$H and cannot
be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged.
Direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. All deposits are
non-refundable.
Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where you would get
75% of the amount that we resell
them for, if we sell them, up to the amount that you paid
for them, Less S&H charges.
In
case of a *rainout,
strike, or for any reason beyond our control no refunds will be made.
You must go on the rescheduled date or exchange the tickets at the venue
box office for a future game. (Based on availability) We would be happy
to direct you in this process.
Shipping
The
delivery option you select is only
the type service in which your package will be delivered. It has no
bearing at all on when the
tickets will actually be shipped. All orders are shipped as soon as they
are “in stock”. This sometimes may take anywhere from a few days to
several weeks depending on the individual event, as most of our tickets
come from other Brokers, Season Ticket Holders and various other vendors
across the country. We encourage our customers to select the least
expensive delivery option, time permitting of course. Prepaid Orders can
be picked up by appointment only. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Packages that are re-routed or have address changes or corrections for ANY reason will be subject to a minimum rebill fee of $25.
Bus
Trips
In
addition to the above the following applies:
All
trip prices include a non-refundable
$9 per person service charge. We do not
guarantee seating in groups larger than 4 (four) though every effort
will be made to accommodate your group. Tickets for all trips will be
distributed on the bus the day of your scheduled trip.
If
it is a *rainout on the
day of your trip after
the bus has departed then you will have to provide your
own transportation to the rescheduled date. For an additional fee of
approximately $20 per person we will try to arrange another bus for the
make up date based upon participation.
If
it is a *rainout on the
day of your trip before
the bus has departed then you will have to attend the rescheduled date.
No additional charge. If a trip is cancelled
then you will receive a full refund less service charge.
We
do not make the decisions on cancellations and/or postponements. The
teams, venues, promoters and league officials make those decisions. We
are not
responsible for their decisions in anyway.
All
trips are based upon *participation.
Trips cancelled due to lack of participation will be refunded 100%.
Trips to Feasts and other events that do not require an actual
"Ticket" will go as scheduled “Rain or Shine”, unless
conditions are SEVERE. Decisions in those severe situations are at the
sole discretion of
Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
Trip
Insurance
Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
is now offering trip insurance. Trip insurance is available to you at an
additional cost of $10 per person per trip or 10% of the trip price
whichever is greater. This insurance is an additional fee and is not
included in the quoted trip prices. This Insurance entitles you to a
full refund if your
scheduled trip is *rained out or for any other reason that would not
normally entitle you to a refund. Insurance must be purchased at the
time your order is placed. Insurance cannot be added at a later date. To
receive your insurance refund all tickets must be returned to
Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
the
day of the original scheduled trip. If the tickets are not returned on
that day the insurance is void. NO
EXCEPTIONS
*Participation
A
minimum amount of people are needed to make a trip work. All trips are
subject to cancellation if we do not meet a minimum number of
participants per trip. This minimum number varies from trip to trip.
These numbers are determined at the sole discretion of
Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
Trips cancelled due to lack of participation will be refunded
100%.
*Rainout
Includes
any and
all cancellations and/or postponements caused by Weather, Act
of God, War, Threat of War, Terrorism, Threat of Terrorism or ANY other
situation beyond the control of Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
*Substitutions
Although
at Rob's
Entertainment Services, LLC.
we
try
our best to keep our data as “fresh”
as possible, sometimes a particular set of tickets may appear to be
available but actually they are being purchased by another party at the
same time that you are. In these rare situations substitutions
may be necessary to satisfy both our clients. Tickets such as the
“mirror image” of the tickets you ordered or tickets in closer row
or a better section would be substituted at NO
additional charge to you.
